Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Inside Sales Representatives across multiple Market Areas
  • Drive revenue growth through sales of WM services via telephone
  • Establish high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable feedback
  • Develop and execute ongoing training for Inside Sales Representatives
  • Design and implement effective sales and marketing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of business-to-business sales management experience or 2 years of inside sales management experience
  • 5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferred
  • Proven ability in driving revenue results
  • Supervisory skills for managing 30 full-time employees
