Technology & Digital Director responsible for leading strategic technology initiatives within senior programs in Supply IT. Aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving user experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for senior programs.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Lead change management initiatives within the Supply IT function.
Facilitate all phases of program life cycles.
Develop and implement program plans.
Monitor program progress against timelines and budgets.
Oversee the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that enhance service delivery and facilitate communication.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of programs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including seniors, caregivers, and community partners, to gather feedback and enhance program relevance.
Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support technology initiatives.
Identify funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to enhance program capabilities.
Provide guidance and support to team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions on new technologies and digital tools to ensure proficient use and support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in technology management, digital program development, or related fields, with a focus on senior or community programs in the Supply IT function.
Strong knowledge of current digital trends and technologies relevant to senior programs.
Proven experience in project and program management, including tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
