Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising an existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors
  • Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
  • Active selling of the product range
  • Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
  • Monitoring the market and performing competitor analyses
  • Supporting sales and customer events
  • Needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
