GTM Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for Orb's GTM teams in a hybrid work culture. Focusing on sourcing, building pipelines, and enhancing candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, create tailored recruiting strategies, and consistently deliver exceptional talent.
Build and scale recruiting processes from scratch, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our company’s goals and culture.
Raise the bar on candidate experience—every interaction, from first touch to offer acceptance, should leave candidates feeling valued and excited.
Communicate proactively and transparently with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Track, analyze, and act on recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-hire, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
Get creative in sourcing passive candidates, using innovative tools and strategies to connect with top talent.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, making our company a destination for the best and brightest.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a full-cycle GTM recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
A proven ability to juggle multiple roles with finesse, driving each one from sourcing to close independently.
A knack for building scalable recruiting systems and processes from the ground up.
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams and you know how to earn trust and collaborate effectively.
A self-starter mentality. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and take initiative without being asked.

A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and turn insights into action.
