Responsibilities
Prospecting new customers;
Cold calling: making multiple calls to potential customers;
Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support;
Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team or through active prospecting;
Responding to inquiries from potential customers and performing follow-ups;
Working with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a frictionless sales process;
Weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking of sales performance and metrics;
Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) and calendar up to date.
