About the role

  • Inside Sales Executive driving sales for Windcave’s payment technology solutions in New York, NY. Managing client relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams for growth and support.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
  • Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave product
  • Business contract management and inbound ticket management
  • Managing non-sales related inquiries and maintaining relationships with larger partners
  • Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Business Development, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
  • Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs.
