About the role

  • Senior Sales Specialist responsible for client acquisition in Northern Germany. Focused on building sustainable B2B relationships and managing IT service sales.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Sales Specialist, you are responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers in the Northern region.
  • You are accountable for the continuous development and expansion of sustainable new and existing customer relationships.
  • In addition, you ensure solution-oriented, individual support and consultancy for customers.
  • You are responsible for selling the full portfolio of our services (colocation, managed hosting, SAP hosting, business cloud & servers, and IT outsourcing), with a focus on Cloud Native Managed Services.
  • Customer presentations are part of your duties, as well as preparing proposals supported by Presales and Solution Architects, and leading negotiations through to contract signing.
  • To continuously expand our product and service portfolio, you monitor the market and competitors.

Requirements

  • University degree or comparable qualification, preferably in business or information technology, or several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience selling IT solutions in the B2B sector, ideally in IT infrastructure, security, or the datacenter environment.
  • Familiarity with mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • Good regional knowledge of Northern Germany, ideally with an existing network in that region.
  • Knowledge of IT business models, including hybrid cloud services (public/private).
  • High level of commitment, persuasiveness, confident presence, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality with a pragmatic way of working.
  • Curiosity, an innovative mindset, and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
