Responsibilities
Responsible for the individual development of customer service representatives' sales skills
Ensure that knowledge from sales training is successfully applied in practice
Identify training needs for customer service representatives in the supported outbound campaigns
Uncover optimization potential in the process design of the supported outbound campaigns
Develop and align recommendations for campaign optimization
Conduct short training sessions with customer service representatives
Requirements
Completed coach training with several years of professional experience
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level), and confident use of common IT systems
Process awareness and a basic understanding of technical and commercial/business processes
High level of independence and self-initiative
Strong communication skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback
