About the role

  • Sales Coach responsible for training and improving customer service representatives' sales skills. Joining a team at regiocom Customer Care, a leading customer service provider in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the individual development of customer service representatives' sales skills
  • Ensure that knowledge from sales training is successfully applied in practice
  • Identify training needs for customer service representatives in the supported outbound campaigns
  • Uncover optimization potential in the process design of the supported outbound campaigns
  • Develop and align recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Conduct short training sessions with customer service representatives

Requirements

  • Completed coach training with several years of professional experience
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level), and confident use of common IT systems
  • Process awareness and a basic understanding of technical and commercial/business processes
  • High level of independence and self-initiative
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback
