About the role

  • B2B Inbound Sales Specialist introducing Stebby's wellness services to customers. Supporting onboarding and sales efforts to enhance employee well-being in Estonia.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with companies interested in Stebby and showing them how Stebby can help them support employee well-being, ultimately improving their work culture
  • Engaging with decision-makers and helping them find the best possible solutions for their business needs
  • Guiding customers through the onboarding process so they feel supported and confident from day one
  • Delivering demos for both company administrators and employees
  • Representing Stebby in client meetings and public forums - including public speaking engagements
  • Managing your activities and sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • A professional communicator who is adaptable and can build trust with different types of clients
  • Critical thinker, analytical, structured and able to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as we continue to develop and grow as a team
  • Independent, solution-oriented and comfortable working in an environment where you are trusted to take initiative
  • Familiar with CRM systems and comfortable with using various digital tools
  • Excellent Estonian, English and Russian language skills with strong presentation and communication skills are required.
