Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and managing Medicaid programs as outlined by the Leadership team
Develop, implement, and maintain documentation to support daily operations
Manage a team of field operators
Organize onboarding and on-the-job training for Community Engagement Specialists and Leads
Help plan and host virtual and in-person events for members
Work with Community Engagement Specialists and Leads to reach out to members
Record details of interactions with members on a computer, tablet, or smartphone
Identify members who can serve as Wider Circle Ambassadors
Connect with prospective members and develop individualized plans for enrollment
Serve as a liaison, connecting members to their health plans and each other
Create partnerships with local community-based organizations
Hold yourself and your field team accountable for achieving membership engagement and growth goals
Be the first line of defense in helping Community Engagement Specialists and Leads solve their daily needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management, healthcare related field, or equivalent experience of at least 4 years
4-5 years of Experience in operations and management within a healthcare setting (health plan, managed care organization, etc.)
Medicare experience a plus
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining agility, strict attention to detail and forward momentum.
Exceptional working knowledge of GSuite and Salesforce
