Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns on Google & LinkedIn
  • Own budgets, bidding strategies, targeting & optimization
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve ROI
  • Build automated workflows & lead nurturing sequences at HubSpot
  • Manage segmentation lists, execute email campaigns
  • Ensure data-driven marketing execution
  • Own and manage our WordPress environment
  • Launch and optimize landing pages
  • Ensure SEO fundamentals are implemented
  • Analyze performance via Google Analytics & HubSpot
  • Build regular dashboards
  • Translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing Google & LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • High energy, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Agency experience is a plus
