About the role

  • Finance Associate at WGSN supporting billing and finance activities for LATAM clients. Collaborating within a team to ensure accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Issuing invoices, registering customers, and entering sales orders.
  • Providing support to customers (e.g., questions about sales contract calculations) and to the sales/commercial department.
  • Handling other billing-related processes (e.g., invoice correction letters).
  • Performing tax calculations and price adjustments.
  • Monitoring the billing process to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Supporting the finance team with analyses and assisting accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in billing.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • High energy and motivation to work in a high-performance team.
  • People-oriented profile with frequent interaction with our sales team.
  • Desirable:
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce
  • English
