Responsibilities
Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our dealers
Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers
Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US
Manage own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program for growth and success
Provide world-class customer service to dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
High School Diploma required
College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
Clear and effective presentation skills
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
