About the role
- Program Manager providing support for Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program. Overseeing supplier onboarding and managing multiple projects with a focus on risk and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program Support.
- Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees and suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc.
- You may also oversee the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects.
- Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success.
- Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics.
- Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
- Seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.
- Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.
- Manages partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal practices improving component projects or overall program. Follows standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques
Requirements
- Utility industry experience preferred
- 5 years of experience discussed
- Analytical abilities across large, complex organizations.
- Experience drafting and presenting business process documentation.
- Power BI, SharePoint and Excel along with other technical skills
