About the role

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from outreach to close. Build relationships and grow sales in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • 360° Sales & Sales Cycle: You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial contact and persuasive presentations to closing contracts. You will excite new customers, win key accounts over time and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
  • Networking & Account Management: You deliver presentations and negotiate at all management levels, maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them using data and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
  • Structures, KPIs & Performance Tracking: You keep your targets in view, analyze your pipeline and continuously optimize your sales strategies to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • Teamwork: Our team comes first: you work closely with colleagues across different areas to continuously develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • Your background: You have already gained initial experience in B2B sales.
  • You are structured and analytical: You operate based on data and focus on quality and excellence.
  • Performance: You are ambitious and excited by rapid growth in a very dynamic environment.
  • You are a communication talent: You have a strong personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo’s technology.
  • Language skills: You have C1-level German and speak fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Mobility: You hold a valid Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
