Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales Rep managing ultrasound equipment sales and customer relationships for Mindray North America. Driving growth in hospitals and imaging centers with strong strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive direct sales growth in radiology and vascular departments
Build and manage customer relationships to expand market presence and identify new opportunities
Partner with Point-of-Care (POC) representatives, Corporate and IDN Account Managers, and other divisions to coordinate sales strategies
Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Application Specialists
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory updates to the Regional Manager
Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences and trade shows
Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of open orders, credits, and account balances
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to share market insights and customer feedback,
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience; at least 5 years in ultrasound sales preferred
Proven success in managing hospital and imaging center accounts
Strong clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel up to 70% to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support in-field activities.
