About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive focused on new business development at City Wide Facility Solutions. Prospecting commercial building owners and closing contracts with no account management involved.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door knocking, cold calls and email campaigns
  • Build and maintain a pipeline worth 3x your monthly revenue target
  • Close $5,000 to $10,000+ in new monthly contract revenue as you ramp
  • Conduct building surveys and present proposals to commercial decision makers
  • Hand off closed accounts and immediately pursue your next opportunity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience
  • Proven ability to self generate leads and work a geographic territory
  • Discipline to balance office based prospecting with field activity daily
  • Strong closing skills with commercial property managers and building owners
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
