Account Executive responsible for B2B customer acquisition in Switzerland. Shaping growth at Wemolo, a leader in digital parking management.
Responsibilities
Expansion: You will support the expansion of our brand into Switzerland and ensure Wemolo is adopted for digital parking management in every city.
Customer acquisition: You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland with the goal of winning them — and future key accounts — and generating sustainable revenue growth.
Pipeline building: You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments.
Pipeline management: Using CRM tools and data-driven analysis, you continuously monitor your sales pipeline and KPIs.
Target-oriented: You continuously track your objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager.
Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues in Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo.
Requirements
Background: You have completed vocational training or hold a university degree.
Sales experience: You have approximately 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding targets. You have a hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations.
Work style: You are goal-oriented, self-driven, and structured.
Languages: You speak (Swiss) German and French fluently (C1) and have good English skills.
Driver's license: You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
Willingness to travel: You are prepared to travel frequently (approx. 1–2 days per week) within Switzerland to optimally build and grow your accounts.
