Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<2 500 employees | $40k-$60k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average)
Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.
Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based.
Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding.
Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies.
Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar).
Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team.
Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline.
Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment.
Bonus points: You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
