About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for developing customer relationships in AI solutions at MicroNova. Collaborating with consultants to deliver tailored AI solutions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Independently build and maintain customer relationships in the field of Artificial Intelligence
  • Identify, qualify and acquire new customers and projects (B2B, enterprise & mid-market)
  • Independently manage the sales funnel – from lead to contract closure
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, pitches and use-case recommendations
  • Work closely with our consulting team to shape the content of proposals
  • Participate in industry events, conferences and partner initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree — ideally in business, engineering/technical fields, or data/IT
  • Understanding of topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud and automation
  • Several years of sales experience as a "hunter" in a consulting environment or in IT/technology sales
  • Strong communication skills, reliable and enthusiastic — able to engage with decision-makers at eye level
  • Structured working style, sales methodology competence and CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel at least 20%
  • Business-fluent German and English
