Account Executive focusing on B2B sales growth in Switzerland for Wemolo, a leader in digital parking management. Engaging new customers and expanding the brand within Swiss markets.
Responsibilities
You will support the expansion of our brand into Switzerland and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city
You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland with the aim of winning them and future key accounts for us and generating sustainable revenue growth
You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments
Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you continuously monitor your sales pipeline and KPIs
You track your goals continuously on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager
You work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo
Requirements
You have successfully completed vocational training or a university degree and have relevant professional experience, ideally with sales experience
You have approximately 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of consistently exceeding your targets
You demonstrate a hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations
You work in a goal-oriented, autonomous and structured manner
You speak (Swiss) German and French fluently (C1) and have good English skills
You hold a valid driving licence (Class B)
You are willing to travel frequently (approx. 1–2 days per week) within Switzerland to optimally develop and expand your accounts and to attend regular meetings at the Munich office
