Responsibilities
Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business
Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options
Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
Requirements
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success
Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, or military experience working in personnel benefits management
