About the role
- Lead Product Manager managing CRM applications within Wells Fargo's Home Lending transformation efforts. Focused on sales engagement, agile delivery, and user adoption in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Product Owner for several CRM applications within the Sales Engagement portfolio
- Work in close partnership with the Product Manager to align product vision, strategy, and execution with business objectives
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define detailed product requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
- Engage with sales professionals and business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement across applications
- Prioritize product features and enhancements across multiple applications based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) and ensure smooth, iterative delivery with engineering teams
- Monitor product performance metrics, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends to ensure our CRM tools remain industry-leading
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps for each application
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations in all CRM tool implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with a focus on CRM tools or sales engagement platforms
- Advanced experience with top CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Background in SaaS product management and/or B2B sales technology
- Track record of increasing user adoption and engagement in CRM environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven success overseeing and delivering technology products in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and engagement strategies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, interpret key trends, and make informed product decisions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools
