About the role

  • Senior Product Owner leading the development of digital products for Porsche Digital. Driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the Content Hub while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and portfolio priorities.
  • Translate business goals, user insights, and data into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed trade-offs to maximize value delivery.
  • Act as the key product counterpart for engineering, UX/design, data, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus.
  • Define, track, and act on product success metrics, using data to guide decisions and validate outcomes.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
  • Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute at a senior level by driving alignment beyond the team when needed and supporting product excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Hands-on experience delivering web and mobile products across the full product lifecycle
  • Proven success delivering digital products in an agile environment within a large, scaled organization
  • Strong command of agile methodologies; Advanced CSPO or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Excellent ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable product requirements
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform prioritization and product decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong user empathy and a genuine passion for building products that solve real problems.
