About the role

  • Support in deploying a Safety Management SaaS solution for ADEO. Engage in change management and operational deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide essential support in tailoring the tool to our context and in operational deployment: business adaptation and documentation.
  • Participate in configuring the SaaS tool: assist in translating functional requirements into solution settings (workflows, forms, user roles, etc.), validate the configuration delivered by the vendor and perform minor functional adjustments required to integrate the specific needs of each Business Unit.
  • Draft micro-process documents: help write documents detailing the new, specific operational steps that incorporate the use of the SaaS tool, supplementing the vendor's generic materials.
  • Create decision-support materials: develop concise internal resources (FAQ, cheat-sheets, short tutorials) based on specific business use cases.
  • Support change management activities: actively participate in change-support actions (workshops, help desks, coaching) for local champions and end users.
  • Act as the liaison with business teams to ensure effective adoption of the newly digitized Safety Management processes and take part in operational support activities.
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize field feedback from users to identify adoption barriers and propose corrective actions.
  • Support tracking and follow-up of actions by business or digital champions in the Business Units (data cleaning, process validation, test sessions, etc.).
  • Help monitor usage indicators (adoption KPIs) and contribute to regular reporting on the overall progress of the deployment.

Requirements

  • You are a student in an engineering or business school (equivalent to 4th or 5th year / Master's level) looking for a 2-year apprenticeship.
  • You have a strong user focus, a service-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring together cross-functional teams.
  • You are recognized for your methodological rigor, autonomy and your ability to organize, plan and follow up on concrete actions.
  • You have excellent writing and synthesis skills, and a real aptitude for teaching when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable in English (fluent / professional level) to communicate daily, orally and in writing, with our vendors and international Business Units.
  • Methodologies & tools: Jira, Google Workspace, ServiceNow (a plus).

Benefits

  • Meaningful assignments and continuous support throughout your internship/apprenticeship from a domain expert within your learning scope: in short, join a learning organization!
  • A Stud'ADEO community run by students themselves and the Campus team.
  • Dedicated support for your employability after the apprenticeship/internship.
  • 13th month salary, profit-sharing and benefits, employee committee (CSE) advantages, meal vouchers (restaurant tickets), ...
  • An innovative workplace that inspires creativity and fosters collaboration: Terradeo!
