Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and manage benefits/payroll escalations in partnership with our PEO, Genesis.
Own performance review cycles—driving timelines, tools, communication, and follow-through.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition; experience in high-growth startups or HR administration strongly preferred.
A driving, action-oriented approach with strong ownership and urgency.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong talent judgment and calibration abilities, with proven skill in assessing cultural fit and role requirements.
