About the role

  • Project Manager for Internal Communication and Employer Branding at Weldom. Leading initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement based in Breuil-Le-Sec.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the internal communications strategy.
  • Write and publish a variety of content (newsletters, posters, intranet, etc.) while ensuring consistency and message quality.
  • Prepare and facilitate information-sharing meetings and briefings.
  • Manage thematic campaigns (diversity, inclusion, Digital Week, etc.).
  • Provide support for corporate communications and prepare materials for senior leaders and the Adeo group.
  • Define and lead the employer branding strategy to showcase the employee experience.
  • Manage the LinkedIn page, company pages and sponsored campaigns, while continuously monitoring market best practices.
  • Track performance indicators (open rates, web traffic, campaign impact) and employee surveys.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in communications.
  • Demonstrates strong agility in the face of changing priorities and can manage tasks independently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Creative and versatile, proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva and video editing.
  • Produces polished, structured and impactful communications.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) enabling work in a group/international context.
  • Discretion (confidentiality), good listening skills, curiosity and a strong team spirit are key assets.
