- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Implementation, Testing, Migration) to ensure sequenced, risk‑managed delivery
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating early with clear recommendations
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior client and executive stakeholders
- Manage and collaborate with third‑party vendors and partners to deliver against commitments
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation change projects that have high‑volume end‑user impact
- Experience in major platform migrations involving tier 1 vendors
- Strong client‑facing skills ideally gained within a consulting environment - with the ability to lead, influence and negotiate effectively
- Experience leading projects involving third‑party vendors and partners
- Confident financial ownership, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting
- A hands‑on, delivery‑first mindset — comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed
- Flexibility to travel and work on client site nationally for undefined periods of time - to support delivery, governance and relationship management
- Experience in or exposure to the Energy sector is highly desirable
