Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly payroll for industrial/blue-collar employees in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements
  • Recording and maintenance of employee master data and personnel transaction records

  • Correspondence with employees and managers
  • Correspondence with authorities, social security agencies, and health insurance providers
  • General HR administrative duties

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in payroll processing is required
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of tax law, collective bargaining agreements, and social security regulations
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and independent working style
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
