About the role

  • Sales Representative managing key automotive clients and facilitating product offerings at Webmotors. Collaborating with commercial teams to drive client engagement and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prospect clients within a predefined territory (Chapecó and surrounding region), focusing on the Top Clients portfolio.
  • Responsible for offering products and trainings to the portfolio and Top Clients to maximize usage performance.
  • Work together with the commercial team and provide support for product sales.
  • Organize and run events to offer products, arranging in-person or remote events directly for clients.
  • Be able to build action plans to implement strategy and achieve targets, always in synergy with the commercial team.
  • Be able to deliver training to the commercial team and to clients, always according to identified needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles for any product or sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is desirable (e.g., social media).
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Own car — valid category B driver’s license (CNH B).
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to influence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and objective communication (oral and written).
  • Ability to share knowledge and information and to train internal and external clients for correct product use.
  • Will act as both hunter and farmer salesperson, depending on the occasion.
