About the role
- Senior Solutions Engineer assisting customers in utilizing Webflow to meet their business needs. Collaborating with teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate.
- Influence product direction for short & long-term success by representing the customer voice.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally.
- Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
- Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate.
- Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions.
- Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you.
- Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
