About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the purchasing team in the area's operational and administrative routines
- Obtain quotes and perform price comparisons with suppliers
- Create purchase requisitions and monitor the approval workflow
- Communicate with suppliers to align on lead times and deliveries
- Enter purchase orders into the Protheus (TOTVS) system
- Track invoice receipts and support the finance team when necessary
- Update spreadsheets and control reports for the area
- Assist with organizing contracts and supplier documentation
- Maintain good communication with internal departments (legal, finance, facilities, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with other teams to meet purchasing demands with agility and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially basic/intermediate Excel)
- Knowledge or experience with the TOTVS Protheus system is a plus
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Supply, or administrative areas is a plus
- Basic knowledge of contract or finance processes (invoice receipt, payments) is a plus
- Experience with supplier management and delivery follow-up is a plus
- Course or certification in purchasing, supply chain, or negotiation is a plus
