Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
  • Analyze vendor and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability
  • Assist in resolving vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
  • Coordinate activities engaged in buying and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Work effectively with Project Managers and Operations personnel for order specific needs

Requirements

  • Associate or equivalent degree or experience
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
