About the role

  • Digital Campaigns Manager responsible for planning and optimizing digital campaigns across Weatherbys Banking Group brands. Collaborating with marketing teams and agency partners for insight-led marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across the Weatherbys Banking Group brands, with a strong focus on social media and paid search.
  • Working closely with marketing colleagues and agency partners, you’ll make sure activity is insight led, compliant and clearly measured.
  • You’ll have ownership of campaigns, without being isolated from the wider team.
  • Leading day-to-day digital campaign planning and delivery.
  • Managing organic and paid social activity, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Planning and optimising paid search campaigns.
  • Tracking performance and sharing clear, actionable insights.
  • Working collaboratively across the marketing team to support wider brand and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a digital marketing or campaign role.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search.
  • Confidence using data and reporting to inform decisions.
  • A collaborative, practical approach with strong attention to detail.
  • You don’t need financial services experience, but an understanding of regulated industries would be helpful.
