Responsibilities
You’ll plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across the Weatherbys Banking Group brands, with a strong focus on social media and paid search.
Working closely with marketing colleagues and agency partners, you’ll make sure activity is insight led, compliant and clearly measured.
You’ll have ownership of campaigns, without being isolated from the wider team.
Leading day-to-day digital campaign planning and delivery.
Managing organic and paid social activity, particularly LinkedIn.
Planning and optimising paid search campaigns.
Tracking performance and sharing clear, actionable insights.
Working collaboratively across the marketing team to support wider brand and growth objectives.
Requirements
Experience in a digital marketing or campaign role.
Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search.
Confidence using data and reporting to inform decisions.
A collaborative, practical approach with strong attention to detail.
You don’t need financial services experience, but an understanding of regulated industries would be helpful.
