Responsibilities
Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
Develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories; communicate goals to the team, track store’s performance at all times and achieve sales productivity management.
Develop clienteling strategy; implement and monitor over time, to achieve business goals and objectives in partnership with the Store Manager.
Understand changes in market with potential impact on business performance and support the execution of sales strategies/tactics.
Act as brand ambassador in the market/mall to drive loyalty and business.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner while being solution-oriented and forward thinking.
Develop team to build long-term relationships with customers to drive business.
Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service of Coach standards.
Build trusting relationships with peers and team; act as advocate for the Brand.
Evaluate performance of all team members and provide consistent and timely feedback; create and modify action plans for the continuous development in partnership with the Store Manager.
Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS and Operations.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
Ability to execute at a fast pace.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days.
