About the role
- IT Strategy Consultant advising companies on IT strategy development and solution implementation. Leading a team of consultants and managing client relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
- You analyze the IT landscape and identify optimization opportunities
- You design and conceptualize IT solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs
- You support the implementation of IT solutions and ensure their sustainable success
- You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and actively contribute to new business development
- You lead and coach a team of consultants
- As a project manager, you take ownership of topics that particularly interest you, develop specialisms and continuously expand your expertise
Requirements
- Extensive relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a similar area
- Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
- (Several years of) leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Business-level German and English (spoken and written)
- Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business or natural sciences, or a comparable program
