About the role

  • Store Manager overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer service at a coffee shop. Responsible for financial performance, inventory control, and ensuring customer standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, financial performance and ensuring that all customer service standards are met
  • Recruit, train and mentor coffee shop staff to maintain company standards and promote a positive environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Review store environment and key business indicators within store to identify problems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or food and beverage management role
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable using POS systems and scheduling software
  • Understanding of budgeting, sales tracking and inventory management
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic; ability to problem solve
  • Physical requirements of standing for extended periods and processing shipment up to 30lbs
