Responsibilities
Community management across multiple social media platforms: You moderate comments, answer questions, and foster dialogue with the community.
Monitoring & trend scouting: You identify relevant topics and bring valuable insights to the team.
Close collaboration with the content and strategy teams to actively incorporate the community perspective into our social media strategy.
Independent responsibility for the community management of a major brand client – especially on weekends.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Enthusiasm for social media, digital trends, and creative communication.
A strong sense for language: You know how to address communities authentically and smartly.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, or a comparable field.
Good command of German, English and Polish.
Good knowledge of common social media platforms and trends.
Confident use of MS Office and ideally first experience with social media management tools.
Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills.
Creativity, commitment, and a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to regularly work weekends.
