About the role

  • Community management across multiple social media platforms: You moderate comments, answer questions, and foster dialogue with the community.
  • Monitoring & trend scouting: You identify relevant topics and bring valuable insights to the team.
  • Close collaboration with the content and strategy teams to actively incorporate the community perspective into our social media strategy.
  • Independent responsibility for the community management of a major brand client – especially on weekends.

Requirements

  • What are we looking for?
  • Enthusiasm for social media, digital trends, and creative communication.
  • A strong sense for language: You know how to address communities authentically and smartly.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Good command of German, English and Polish.
  • Good knowledge of common social media platforms and trends.
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally first experience with social media management tools.
  • Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills.
  • Creativity, commitment, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to regularly work weekends.

Benefits

  • Why join our team?
  • Strong team spirit: We deliberately include “social” in our name and foster a pronounced team culture with flat hierarchies where your voice matters.
  • Exciting projects with international reach: We work on digital projects that set standards. Our clients come from both B2C and B2B sectors and include local and international players.
  • Globally connected, locally rooted: Our teams in Munich and Kreuzberg benefit from sustained knowledge exchange with WAS locations worldwide and are based in Glockenbachviertel and Kreuzberg.
  • Flexibility – yes please!: Hybrid work combines the advantages of home office and office work. We operate a 2/3 split for a 40-hour week, meaning at least 2 days on-site with colleagues and 3 days working from home. But that’s not all: we are also big fans of remote work. You have the option to work remotely for 20 days within Germany and an additional 20 days within Europe. If you’re not a fan of the German winter, join us and spend that time in Portugal or Greece.
  • Additional benefits: Because we value well‑being and love perks, we offer more than the standard. Enjoy 2 additional Health Days, menstrual leave, a day off on your birthday, a cooperation with Wellpass, the Deutschlandticket, membership with OpenUp, and much more.
