About the role

  • Community Coordinator managing intern interactions and organizing events in hybrid setting. Focused on creating a supportive environment for interns while enhancing cultural immersion and community activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily interactions with interns, addressing their questions and concerns while ensuring open and responsive communication with both the interns and our internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and local partners, emphasizing the importance of communication by attending weekly meetings.
  • Assist with event planning by providing detailed information, managing RSVPs, and coordinating necessary arrangements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in proximity to Bangkok, Thailand
  • Must hold a valid visa in Thailand for at least one year from the date of application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team player
  • Enthusiastic about meeting new people and engaging in community activities
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in customer service and event management (highly valued)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Excellent organizing skills to manage multiple events in a group setting
