Responsibilities
Originate, underwrite, and close microloans in a group setting
Build relationships with clients, community partners, and referral networks
Coordinate loan servicing, payments, and collections
Track outcomes, document program impact, and support reporting requirements
Promote additional lending products and provide technical assistance to clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a nonprofit or lending environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM and cloud-based systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Independent, ethical, and committed to community impact
Microfinance experience
Bilingual Spanish/English
