Monitor key strategic metrics, advising on adjustments for audience growth and business objectives.
Oversee monthly reporting, blending social insights with creative hypotheses for continuous content optimization.
Strong copywriting skills required for social platforms.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing for major brands.
Proven experience in developing and launching successful, high-impact multi-platform content strategies.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data, market research, and analytics into concrete, actionable creative and content strategies.
Strong expertise in authoring detailed creative briefs and coordinating creative teams.
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of social media platform algorithms, emerging features (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and community management best practices.
Experience in a leadership capacity, or proven ability to lead and oversee the work of team members or external agencies.
A proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix environment.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.
