About the role

  • Creating engaging motion design content to modernize Pennylane's brand and grow its community. Bridging high-end design with social media spontaneity.

Responsibilities

  • Bring the brand to life through motion and video
  • Create high-quality animations (2D) for social feeds, website and screens
  • Own the video production process—from shooting to editing
  • Design static and dynamic assets for LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Ensure all social assets align with core brand guidelines
  • Build MOGRTs to enable quick asset creation

Requirements

  • Speak English (level assessed according to department)
  • Energized by an ever-shifting work environment
  • Highly collaborative
  • Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions
