About the role

  • Finance Functional Consultant supporting design and implementation of Record to Report processes in D365 for WD-40 Company. Working in a hybrid role with emphasis on collaboration and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Finance function to design and implement ERP processes in D365
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to maximize out-of-the-box functionality and minimize customizations
  • Co-lead requirements gathering and fit-gap workshops
  • Develop functional specifications and participate in solution design sessions
  • Assist the Application Support Team with complex issues during implementation and post-go-live
  • Create test scripts and scenarios, lead functional testing, and review results
  • Develop training materials and lead sessions for key processes
  • Maintain process governance and support post-go-live activities

Requirements

  • Experience in business process mapping and design
  • Hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Record to Report (RTR) area
  • Experience with ERP implementation as a business analyst or subject matter expert, ideal but not required
  • Working experience supporting or championing process changes improvement
  • Some international travel, as needed
