Senior Finance Manager supporting MedTech transformation initiatives at Johnson & Johnson. Key role in ERP deployment and financial process improvement across North America.
Responsibilities
Act as the key Finance point of contact, (POC), for your Business Unit and ensure standardized and efficient roll-out of all Finance requirements within your respective BU.
Actively engage with wider Program team and other Finance Organisations to ensure consistency of implementation within overall Finance Roadmap.
Proactive participation in Solution Confirmation including design localisation, understanding, interpreting and cascading of the OTC Global Template ensuring all Finance localisation requirements, (statutory, legal etc), are documented and brought to life via design, testing, deployment and hyper-care.
Bridge to local Finance from the Program during critical phases of solution confirmation, design, business adoption, go-live and hyper-care supporting through the first month-end / quarter-end closes.
Develop, maintain and evolve understanding of Global Finance priorities to ensure alignment and standardization.
May be requested to assist with other areas within the Transcend Finance remit.
Requirements
A minimum of a university degree or professional qualification
> 5 years’ MedTech experience within a BUF / FP&A role or SC Finance
A solid understanding of MedTech Supply Chain, Deliver and Commercial Operations
Proven hands-on project delivery preferred
Technology focus or experience in implementing / supporting technology projects
Good knowledge of J&J systems with SAP knowledge is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with validated ability to influence/collaborate to get desired results
Financial and factual analytical abilities including data & fact patterns
Strong written work
Excellent business partnering and communication skills - specifically the ability to communicate highly technical matters to non-specialist business partners.
