Responsibilities
Build and continuously develop the team according to the strategic priorities: business focus, digitalization, sustainability and agility
Responsible for day-to-day operations and for expanding and intensifying the network of contacts with corporate clients and internal stakeholders, in particular corporate client advisors, client managers, bank relationship managers and FI Trade Finance sales teams
Continuously analyze the market environment in the Trade Finance product area and identify application opportunities for LBBW
Joint customer acquisition and servicing together with specialist advisors and account holders, including negotiating terms, assuming subject-matter responsibility and profit-center accountability
Develop, plan, execute and monitor sales initiatives in the relevant product areas
Participate in projects and committees in the Trade Finance environment at national and international level and represent the bank at client meetings, events and trade fairs
Requirements
Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
Preferred: proven leadership suitability (e.g., PEP 4) and prior leadership experience
Strong analytical skills, high problem-solving ability, flexibility and resilience, as well as strong initiative and creativity
Experience working in projects and working groups on cross-functional topics
Strong communication skills, confident presence and intercultural competence, with a strong customer-, sales- and acquisition-oriented mindset
High acquisition and negotiation skills as well as sales experience with a pronounced customer focus
Excellent written and business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage given the international environment
