About the role

  • Financial Analyst managing invoicing, cash flow, weekly reconciliations, and supporting financial audits. Role requires maintaining accounting compliance and reporting while supporting inventory processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing accounts receivable, controlling cash flow, performing weekly reconciliations, preparing payroll forecasts, and supporting audit compliance and monthly financial closing activities.
  • Manage invoicing, customer follow-up, overdue account control, and customer re-billing.
  • Analyse sales prices and prepare Intrastat reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX/Leap Manual, prepare quarterly SOX monitoring support, and provide documentation for EY audits.
  • Oversee requisitions and PAR approvals in Coupa and QAD, maintain Coupa, and prepare monthly scrap reporting.
  • Support WTW inventory processes.
  • Prepare accounting entries for payroll, reserves, and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile AR, payroll, Social Security, sales, reserves, VAT, and NS charges.
  • Reconcile shipments vs. invoicing and support closing and forecast reporting.
  • Follow corporate policies and comply with safety, health, environmental, order, and cleanliness requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Training (F.P. II), or Higher Technical Degree.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with internal management systems and MS Office.
  • Basic level of English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
