About the role

  • (Senior) Sales Manager or Associate Partner in SAP Banking at Wavestone. Hybrid role focusing on strategic partnerships and account management in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for account management of key and target accounts in the banking sector
  • Identify market trends and implement sales activities
  • Generate sales opportunities and participate in tender/bid processes
  • Coordinate and manage proposal processes
  • Provide input for the further development of the consulting portfolio
  • Contribute to strategic development in banking

Requirements

  • Several years of consulting experience in the banking or financial services sector
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management and pre-sales/sales in banking
  • Experience preparing proposals for banks and financial service providers, preferably in business and IT consulting
  • Strong network of contacts in retail and direct banking
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel and engage in on-site customer networking
