Responsibilities
Build long-term customer relationships and manage and strategically develop existing key accounts, with a strong focus on C-level stakeholders.

As an experienced (Senior) Manager, you will also advise our clients on Customer Experience, Customer Journey, touchpoint management, omnichannel sales and digital marketing.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in management consulting with an industry focus such as Life Sciences, Industrial, Transport & Logistics, Public Authorities & International Institutions, Energy, or Financial Services.
Proven sales expertise, an extensive client network and experience with tendering and proposal processes.
Deep expertise in digital customer topics.
Forward-looking mindset and experience leading, coaching and developing distributed or virtual teams.
Fluent German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel for client engagements and consulting projects within the DACH region.
