About the role

  • Senior Manager in Customer Experience and Business Development at international consulting firm Wavestone. Focusing on strategic development and C-Level client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term customer relationships and manage and strategically develop existing key accounts, with a strong focus on C-level stakeholders.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities, follow up on leads and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Represent our business unit internally and externally, e.g., through workshops, presentations and participation in industry conferences and events.
  • Track trends in relevant sectors, monitor target markets proactively and foster an entrepreneurial growth culture.
  • As an experienced (Senior) Manager, you will also advise our clients on Customer Experience, Customer Journey, touchpoint management, omnichannel sales and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting with an industry focus such as Life Sciences, Industrial, Transport & Logistics, Public Authorities & International Institutions, Energy, or Financial Services.
  • Proven sales expertise, an extensive client network and experience with tendering and proposal processes.
  • Deep expertise in digital customer topics.
  • Forward-looking mindset and experience leading, coaching and developing distributed or virtual teams.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and consulting projects within the DACH region.
