Development and operationalization of future-proof Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
Evaluation and selection of suitable Customer Excellence software in collaboration with our clients.
Close collaboration with clients in the insurance and energy sectors.
Analysis of requirements in marketing, sales, and service.
Specification of functional and technical requirements for software evaluations and implementations in customer management.
Design of customer-centric omnichannel strategies and the use of modern technologies to increase efficiency.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider, ideally with a focus on customer management.
Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional, or technical projects — preferably in the insurance context.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization, and Churn Management.
Technical affinity, particularly for customer management software.
Enjoy developing new topics and pitching them to prospective clients.
Successfully completed university degree.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent German and English language skills and strong communication abilities.
