About the role

• Senior Consultant for digital transformation in reinsurance. Modernizing reinsurance platforms and developing operational efficiencies in projects across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support our reinsurance clients in their digital transformation journey
• Participate in projects to modernize or implement new reinsurance platforms
• From analysis and design to system integration and process improvements
• Help define how our clients will work in the future by developing target operating models and efficient workflows
• Work as a business analyst or requirements engineer
• Understand what clients need, translate it into clear requirements, and ensure it’s delivered

Requirements

• Proven consulting experience with a focus on reinsurance or insurance transformation projects
• Solid expertise in reinsurance operations, ideally in underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, or actuarial functions
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Willingness to travel within Europe
