About the role
- Senior Consultant for digital transformation in reinsurance. Modernizing reinsurance platforms and developing operational efficiencies in projects across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support our reinsurance clients in their digital transformation journey
- Participate in projects to modernize or implement new reinsurance platforms
- From analysis and design to system integration and process improvements
- Help define how our clients will work in the future by developing target operating models and efficient workflows
- Work as a business analyst or requirements engineer
- Understand what clients need, translate it into clear requirements, and ensure it’s delivered
Requirements
- Proven consulting experience with a focus on reinsurance or insurance transformation projects
- Solid expertise in reinsurance operations, ideally in underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, or actuarial functions
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Willingness to travel within Europe
