Responsibilities
Support our reinsurance clients in their digital transformation journey
Participate in projects to modernize or implement new reinsurance platforms
From analysis and design to system integration and process improvements
Help define how our clients will work in the future by developing target operating models and efficient workflows
Work as a business analyst or requirements engineer
Understand what clients need, translate it into clear requirements, and ensure it’s delivered
Requirements
Proven consulting experience with a focus on reinsurance or insurance transformation projects
Solid expertise in reinsurance operations, ideally in underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, or actuarial functions
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Willingness to travel within Europe
